I’m Jenni Sampson, founder of INcharge Services. I’ve spent more than 20 years working in credit control, helping businesses get paid and keeping cashflow moving.
I’ve worked across credit control, invoice finance, debt collection and asset recovery, so I know what happens when unpaid invoices are allowed to build up - and how much time, stress and uncertainty they can create for a business owner.
I started INcharge Services in 2022 because small and growing businesses deserve access to experienced, professional credit control without having to employ someone full time.
Today, I help business owners put the right processes in place, recover overdue money and manage credit control consistently - while protecting the customer relationships they’ve worked hard to build.
MY APPROACH
Professional when it matters. Human always.
Money conversations can feel uncomfortable. My approach isn't about sending aggressive emails or chasing customers relentlessly. It's about being clear, consistent and professional - understanding why an invoice hasn't been paid, resolving problems and making sure promises are followed up.
That's particularly important to me because when you trust INcharge with your credit control, you're also trusting me with your customer relationships and your reputation.
I know what it's like to run a business while juggling everything else life throws at you. When something feels uncomfortable or there's always something more urgent to deal with, it's easy for chasing invoices to slip down the list.
That's ultimately what I want INcharge to give business owners: one less important thing to carry.

I’m a mum to two boys, dog owner and firm believer that there’s more to life than work. When I’m not running INcharge, you’ll often find me outdoors with my boys and cocker spaniel Bobby, preferably somewhere near the water - and there’s usually coffee involved.
